Through these comprehensive and ideal products & ndash; we can get specific solutions to meet the technical and economic requirements of bearing arrangement in lead screw drive. thrust angle contact ball bearing has single row, double row and three columns, all of which are ready to use units. They are not separable and consist of a geometrically stable thick walled outer ring, ball, cage assembly and one or two inner rings. In individual series, the outer ring flange has through holes, which can be installed on adjacent structures. the inner and outer rings of these bearings match each other, so when the bearing rings are locked with precision lock nuts, the bearing can realize the set pre tightening. due to the contact angle of 60 & deg;, the bearing can not only bear radial force, but also bear very high axial force. the thrust angular contact ball bearing zklf is directly installed in the adjacent structure or radial positioning hole by bolts. Please refer to the page 1 and the page 1015 in the figure 2 . Therefore, the original additional bearing end caps and related matching work can be omitted. in order to facilitate the removal of the bearing from the locating hole, a disassembly groove is designed on the circumference of the bearing outer ring. radial and axial threads with removable pan head screws make relubrication easy.

the thrust angular contact ball bearing zklf.. - 2rs-pe corresponds to the zklf series, but the runout tolerance is within the P5 of DIN 620 standard, with a larger diameter tolerance and a suffix of PE . they are used in situations where the position accuracy requirements are low. Therefore, the accuracy requirements of adjacent structures are also lower. axial thread connection makes the re lubrication easier. The radial lubrication pipeline is reliably sealed.
