Introduction
& nbsp; features thrust self-aligning roller bearing is a single row, self-aligning roller bearing. It is composed of shaft ring, seat ring and asymmetric drum roller with cage. The cage holds the roller with the cage assembly and the shaft ring. The outer ring can be separated. So the inner and outer rings can be installed independently. 'EN-US ' > X-life series thrust self-aligning roller bearing. It is indicated in the dimension table. the optimization of the internal structure increases the rated bearing capacity of the bearing, and the optimization of the geometry of the contact surface between the flange and the roller end face also improves the operation performance of the bearing. As the best lubricating oil film is formed, the friction and wear of the bearing are reduced, and the new cage structure also improves the guide and lubrication of the roller. The optimized contact condition of raceway makes the stress distribution between the rolling body and raceway more uniform. due to the increase of bearing axial bearing capacity and decrease of bearing temperature rise under the same working condition, the bearing rated life is significantly improved. thrust self-aligning roller bearing can bear high axial force and allow relatively high rotation speed. Since the raceway is inclined to the axis of the bearing, the bearing can also bear radial force.
