semi positioning bearing

NJ cylindrical roller bearing is semi positioning bearing. Half locating bearing can not only bear high radial load, but also bear unidirectional axial load, so it can locate the shaft in one direction. In the other direction, it can be used as floating bearing. This type of bearing has two stops on the outer ring and one stop on the inner ring.

Nu type floating bearing can be combined with a L type inclined retaining ring HJ to form a half locating bearing unit. However, it is not allowed to use two L inclined retaining rings at the same time ( there is a risk of jamming ) .
